Avi Klein
A 2005 graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, Chef Avi spent the early years of his career as Director of Food & Beverage at a private bank, where he learned to deliver at the standard of guests who expect nothing less than the best.
He left to build his own name in charcuterie and curated meat boards, earning a following for craft and restraint. That work became the foundation of Chimcuterie — and when MAM Hospitality Group formed, he stepped in as Executive Chef, bringing the same discipline to every concept under the MAM name.
Away from the kitchen, Avi has served as a volunteer EMT with Hatzalah for more than a decade and as a dispatcher for Chaverim. When he isn't on call, he's on the water — an avid fisherman.
